Welcome to my portfolio!

Hi, I'm Anna. I studied Communication Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, where I deepened my skills in branding, photography, and creative thinking. My passion centres around developing thoughtful design solutions that combine creativity and functionality. For me, it’s all about working closely with people and really getting involved in the process.

I’m constantly curious and love to learn from others, as I often find inspiration in unexpected places. Nature, in particular, fuels my creativity – its colours, textures, and patterns influence both my design and photography work. My work reflects a balance between conceptual thinking and storytelling, always aiming to capture moments and create designs that feel honest.

I look forward to telling you more about me and my projects in person.

Creative Thinking
Personal Growth

For me, creativity is about constantly pushing boundaries and exploring new paths. I nurture my creative thinking by regularly trying new things: from printmaking techniques like linocut, cyanotype, or screen printing to shirt designs, painting, and even hands-on crafts like ceramics. These experiments help me understand materials and processes in completely new ways and apply them to my work.

A key tool in my creative process is my sketchbook. It’s more than just a place for ideas – it’s my lab for thoughts, shapes, and colors. It’s where imperfection is welcome, and inspiration can grow freely.

These analog processes are essential to my design work. Every project I create starts on paper – whether with sketches, collages, or experiments with colors and textures.

So here’s a little glimpse into some of my personal “just for fun” projects.
